The Composite
Design Dual Tank Fuel Gauge is an easy to read bar graph type display
that monitors the left & right fuel
tank levels.
As an option to
the gauge, a 'Low Sump' indicator lamp & probe can be ordered to provide
a warning if a low sump condition occurs.
Capacitive type
probes are employed in this system, they are proven and reliable, have
low
power requirements, are light weight
and have no moving parts. The fuel probes can be bent
for optimum level registration and
have adjustable endpoint settings. The gauge is available
with or without the optional Low Sump Warning
light. The type of probe for the sump warning
varies with the design of the sump tank.

All connections
to the assembly are with screw terminal blocks that are labeled and allow
for
easy installation and maintenance.
Panel dimensions
are: 1.5" high x 3.0" wide x ~2.5" deep
(wt <1.0 pound)
The face plate
& other metal parts are made of aluminum which is treated to resist
corrosion.
Panels are painted with satin black 2-part
urethane, screened with white ink, and clear coated
(matte finish).
